一、觸電：
1、 Electric shock:
1.使用電源電壓必須與電動扳手所規(guī)定電壓相符。

2.使用前必須檢驗內(nèi)部、外殼和導(dǎo)線有良好的絕緣，不許有漏電現(xiàn)象。

3.使用前必須有正確的接地裝置，不能將插頭插錯位置。

4.使用前根據(jù)所使用工具類別不同裝設(shè)額定動作電流不大于15毫安、動作時間不大于0.1秒或額定漏電動作電流不大于30毫安、動作時間不大于0.1秒的合格漏電保護器。
4. Before use, qualified leakage protectors with rated action current not greater than 15mA and action time not greater than 0.1s or rated leakage action current not greater than 30mA and action time not greater than 0.1s shall be installed according to different types of tools used.
5.在金屬容器內(nèi)工作時，必須設(shè)專人在外不間斷地監(jiān)護，漏電保護器、電源聯(lián)接器和控制箱應(yīng)放在容器外面，工作人員腳下應(yīng)墊上絕緣板，在特別潮濕的地方使用電動工具必須穿戴合適的工作服、配戴絕緣手套和絕緣鞋。
5. When working in metal containers, special personnel must be assigned to continuously monitor outside. Leakage protectors, power connectors and control boxes should be placed outside the containers. Insulating plates should be placed under the feet of workers. When using electric tools in particularly humid places, appropriate work clothes, insulating gloves and insulating shoes must be worn.
二、機械傷害：

1.使用前必須確認(rèn)該扳手為合格扳手，貼有標(biāo)簽或有合格證。

2.使用前必須檢查機械傳動部分各部螺母緊固牢靠，合格后才能使用。

3.在更換扳頭時必須將電源插頭拔開后才能進行更換。

4.使用時必須將扳手可靠的固定住，雙手必須把牢(特殊情況下可把扳手吊起固定好)，防止工具擅動脫手發(fā)生危險。

5.開機前必須確定旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，確定無異常后再進行工作，工作時用力應(yīng)均勻，禁止用力過猛。

6.工作時必須2人以上，專人對操作箱進行操作，控制電動扳手的工作與停止。

7.使用時應(yīng)扶正扳手，要避免碰掉扳頭，嚴(yán)防電纜帶電脫落。

8.工作時身體必須保持適當(dāng)?shù)恼_姿勢，必須站穩(wěn)，使工具軸線與螺紋軸線對正、握穩(wěn)。

9.接通電源前必須認(rèn)真檢查所使用工具的開關(guān)應(yīng)處在關(guān)閉位置后才能接通電源。

10.所使用工具在關(guān)閉開關(guān)后必須待機器完全停止后才能將其放在可靠的位置上，然后拔下插頭。

11.進行垂直向上工作時必須兩人以上握住工具，第三人進行操作。
