Torque wrench is an essential maintenance tool for automobile maintenance. How to use torque wrench? I believe many friends don't know. Let's take a look together.

1、選用合適量程的扭力扳手

1. Select a torque wrench with appropriate range

預(yù)置式扭力扳手的使用中，要根據(jù)測量工件的要求，選取適中量程扭力扳手，所測扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十，太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固，小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使用；

In the use of preset torque wrench, first select a torque wrench with moderate range according to the requirements of measuring workpiece. The measured torque value shall not be less than 20% of the range of the torque device in use. Too large range shall not be used for the reinforcement of small torque parts, and the torque device with small range shall not be used beyond the range;

2、根據(jù)工件所需扭矩值要求，確定預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值。

預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值時，將扳手手柄上的鎖定環(huán)下拉，同時轉(zhuǎn)動手柄，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺主刻度線和微分刻度線數(shù)值所需扭矩值。調(diào)節(jié)好后，松開鎖定環(huán)，手柄自動鎖定。

When preset the torque value, pull down the locking ring on the wrench handle, turn the handle at the same time, and adjust the values of the main scale line and differential scale line of the scale to the required torque value. After adjustment, release the locking ring and the handle will lock automatically.

3、確認(rèn)扭力扳手與固定件連接可靠并已鎖定

用扭力扳手時，先將扳手方榫連接好輔助配件(如套筒，各類批嘴)，確保連接已經(jīng)沒問題。在加固扭力之前，設(shè)定好需要加固的力值，并鎖好緊鎖裝置，調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用時先快速連續(xù)操作5-6次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤滑劑能充分潤滑，使扭力扳手更精 確，持 久使用。

When using a torque wrench, first connect the square tenon of the wrench with auxiliary accessories (such as socket and various nozzles) to ensure that the connection is no problem. Before strengthening the torque, set the force value to be strengthened, lock the locking device, adjust the direction conversion button to the direction of force application, and then operate it quickly and continuously for 5-6 times during use, so that the special lubricant on the internal components of the wrench can be fully lubricated, making the torque wrench more accurate and durable.

4、扭力扳手加力方法

在扳手方榫上裝上相應(yīng)規(guī)格套筒，并套住緊固件，再在手柄上緩慢用力。施加外力時必須按標(biāo)明的箭頭方向。

Install sockets of corresponding specifications on the square tenon of the wrench, sleeve the fasteners, and then slowly apply force on the handle. The external force must be applied in the direction of the indicated arrow.

手要把握住把手的有用范圍，沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，當(dāng)擰緊到發(fā)出信號“卡嗒”（click）的一聲（已達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)扭矩值），停止加力。一次作業(yè)完畢。

Hold the useful range of the handle with your hand, and slowly apply force in the direction perpendicular to the torque wrench housing until you hear the "tower" sound of the torque wrench. When you tighten it to a signal "click" (reaching the preset torque value), stop applying force. One operation is completed.

此時扭力扳手已到達(dá)預(yù)置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應(yīng)及時解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。

At this time, the torque wrench has reached the preset torque value and the workpiece has been stressed, and then the force shall be released in time to avoid damaging other parts.

在施力過程中，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器操作規(guī)范，其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過3度，操作人員在使用過程中應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度。

During the force application, according to the national standard instrument operation specification, the verticality deviation shall not exceed 10 degrees. The horizontal deviation shall not exceed 3 degrees, and the operator shall ensure that the upper, lower, left and right force application range shall not exceed 15 degrees during use.

5、大規(guī)格扭矩扳手使用時，可外加接長套桿以便操作省力。

5. When a large-size torque wrench is used, an extension sleeve rod can be added for labor-saving operation.

6、使測量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響，在測量時，應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值，然后再加點力，這樣使用值更精準(zhǔn)。

6. So that the measurement results will be affected by the deviation in the horizontal and vertical directions. During measurement, a vertical downward stable force value shall be applied on the force application control end, and then a little force shall be added, so that the use value is more accurate.

7、扳手是測量工具，應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不能代替榔頭敲打，不用時請注意將扭力設(shè)為小值，存放在干燥處。扭力范圍較廣，在加固扭力時，相對來講比較簡單，只需要設(shè)定其要求扭力值便可進(jìn)行操作。

7. The wrench is a measuring tool and should be handled with care. It cannot replace the hammer. When not in use, please set the torque to a small value and store it in a dry place. The torque range is wide. It is relatively simple to strengthen the torque. It can be operated only by setting the required torque value.

8、如長期不用，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線退扭矩小數(shù)值處。有利于保證扭矩的精度。

8. If it is not used for a long time, adjust the scale marking to the small value of torque. It is helpful to ensure the accuracy of torque.
