1、接通電源前應(yīng)先查看電源電壓是否與本產(chǎn)品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當(dāng)電源電壓超出+10%時應(yīng)采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。
1. Before connecting the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the nameplate of the product and whether there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds + 10%, voltage stabilizing measures shall be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding is easy to cause accidents.
2、工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過高過低都會影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具的額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達(dá)到額定扭矩后不得重擰。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。
4. When the tool is used to remove the bolt, its torque shall not be greater than the rated torque. Generally, the bolts that are not tightened or seriously rusted by this wrench should not be removed with this wrench to avoid tool damage.
5、變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中撥動正反開關(guān)。

6、當(dāng)扳手自動停止后即可松開開關(guān)（如果不斷開開關(guān)，過5秒鐘扳手就會自行啟動）待4-5秒后再進(jìn)行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。

定扭矩電動扳手操作注意事項(xiàng)
Precautions for operation of constant torque electric wrench
1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。
1. The size of bolt diameter has a certain impact on the control accuracy. During construction, the same type of bolt connection pair shall be used to calibrate the torque value, and inspection and calibration shall be carried out after use for a period of time.
2、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。
2. Start up and idle for 3-5 minutes before operation. In case of large spark, abnormal sound and unstable torque of the motor during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and do not work with disease.
3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行***清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。

4、主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。

5、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應(yīng)及時緊固。

6、搬運(yùn)工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。
6. Do not lift the cable when handling tools, and pay attention to handle it gently to prevent vibration and collision. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place.
