包括：螺栓實物小荷載檢驗；扭剪型高強度螺栓連接副預(yù)拉力復(fù)驗；高強度螺栓連接副扭矩檢驗；高強度大六角頭螺栓連接副扭矩系數(shù)復(fù)驗；高強度螺栓連接摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)檢驗。

Including: small load inspection of bolt; Re inspection of pre tension of torsion shear high strength bolt connection pair; Torque inspection of high strength bolt connection pair; Re inspection of torque coefficient of high-strength large hexagon head bolt connection pair; Inspection of anti sliding coefficient of friction surface of high strength bolt connection.

(2) Master project

①鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作和安裝應(yīng)按GB50205—2001附B的有關(guān)規(guī)定分別進(jìn)行高強度螺栓連接摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)試驗和復(fù)驗，現(xiàn)場處理的構(gòu)件摩擦面應(yīng)單獨進(jìn)行摩擦面的抗滑系數(shù)試驗，其結(jié)果應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。

① For the fabrication and installation of steel structures, the anti sliding coefficient test and re inspection of the friction surface of high-strength bolt connection shall be carried out respectively according to the relevant provisions of Appendix B of GB50205-2001. The anti sliding coefficient test of the friction surface of the member treated on site shall be carried out separately, and the results shall meet the design requirements.

②高強度大六角頭螺栓連接副終擰完成1h后、48h內(nèi)應(yīng)進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查，檢查結(jié)果應(yīng)符合規(guī)范規(guī)定。檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于10個節(jié)點；每個被抽查節(jié)點按螺栓數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于2個。

② The final tightening torque shall be checked within 1h and 48h after the final tightening of the connecting pair of high-strength large hexagon head bolts, and the inspection results shall comply with the specifications. Inspection quantity: spot check 10% according to the number of nodes, and no less than 10 nodes; Each spot checked node shall be spot checked by 10% according to the number of bolts, and shall not be less than2

③扭剪型高強度螺栓連接副終擰后，除因構(gòu)造原因無法使用專用扳手?jǐn)Q掉梅花頭者外，未在終擰中擰掉梅花頭的螺栓數(shù)不應(yīng)大于該節(jié)點螺栓數(shù)5%。對所有梅花頭未擰掉的扭剪型高強度螺栓連接副應(yīng)采用扭矩法或轉(zhuǎn)角法進(jìn)行終擰并作標(biāo)記，且按上述②條中的規(guī)定進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查。

③ After the final tightening of torsional shear high-strength bolt connection pair, except for those who cannot screw off the box head with a special wrench due to structural reasons, the number of bolts that do not screw off the box head in the final tightening shall not be greater than 5% of the number of bolts at this node. All torsional shear high-strength bolt connection pairs with plum blossom heads not screwed off shall be finally screwed and marked by torque method or angle method, and the final tightening torque shall be checked according to the provisions in article ② above.

檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點數(shù)抽查10%，但不應(yīng)少于10個節(jié)點，被抽查點中梅花頭未擰掉的扭剪型高強度螺栓連接副全數(shù)進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查。

Inspection quantity: spot check 10% according to the number of nodes, but not less than 10 nodes. Check the final tightening torque of all the torsional shear high-strength bolt connection pairs whose plum blossom heads are not screwed off at the spot checked points.

（3）一般項目

(3) General items

①高強度螺栓連接副的施擰順序和初擰、復(fù)擰扭矩應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求和現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強度螺栓連接的設(shè)計施工及驗收規(guī)程》JGJ82的規(guī)定。

① The tightening sequence, initial tightening and re tightening torque of high-strength bolt connection pair shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national industrial standard code for design, construction and acceptance of high-strength bolt connection of steel structure jgj82.

②高強度螺栓連接副終擰后，螺栓絲扣外露應(yīng)為2～3扣，其中允許有10%的螺栓絲扣外露1扣或4扣。檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點數(shù)抽查5%，且不應(yīng)少于10個。

② After the connection pair of high-strength bolts is finally screwed, the exposed bolt threads shall be 2 ~ 3 threads, of which 10% of the bolt threads are allowed to be exposed by 1 thread or 4 threads. Inspection quantity: spot check 5% according to the number of nodes, and shall not be less than 10.

③高強度螺栓連接摩擦面應(yīng)保持干燥、整潔，不應(yīng)有飛邊、毛刺、焊接飛濺物、焊疤、氧化鐵皮、污垢等，除設(shè)計要求外摩擦面不應(yīng)涂漆。

③ The friction surface of high-strength bolt connection shall be kept dry and tidy without flash, burr, welding spatter, welding scar, iron oxide scale, dirt, etc. except for the design requirements, the friction surface shall not be painted.

④高強度螺栓應(yīng)自由穿入螺栓孔。高強度螺栓孔不應(yīng)采用氣割擴孔，擴孔數(shù)量應(yīng)征得設(shè)計同意，擴孔后的孔徑不應(yīng)超過1.2d（d為螺栓直徑）。

④ High strength bolts shall freely penetrate into bolt holes. High strength bolt holes shall not be reamed by gas cutting. The number of reamed holes shall be approved by the design. The hole diameter after reaming shall not exceed 1.2D (D is the bolt diameter).

⑤螺栓球節(jié)點網(wǎng)架總拼完成后，高強度螺栓與球節(jié)點應(yīng)緊固連接，高強度螺栓擰入螺栓球內(nèi)的螺紋長度不應(yīng)小于1.0d（d為螺栓直徑），連接處不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)有間隙、松動等未擰緊情況。

⑤ After the general assembly of bolt ball joint space truss is completed, the high-strength bolt and ball joint shall be firmly connected. The thread length of high-strength bolt screwed into the bolt ball shall not be less than 1.0d (D is the bolt diameter), and there shall be no gap, looseness, etc. at the connection.
