When the power supply voltage exceeds + - 10%, the voltage stabilizing measures should be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding causes accidents.

工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10-40，過高過低都會影響控制精度。被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達到額定扭矩后不得重擰。工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手擰緊的或銹蝕嚴重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時，必須待電機停止轉(zhuǎn)動后進行，嚴禁在運轉(zhuǎn)中撥動正反開關。

The initial torque of the screwed bolt shall not be greater than 70% of the rated torque of the tool. The bolts shall not be re tightened after reaching the rated torque. When the tool is used to remove the bolt, its torque shall not be greater than the rated torque value. When changing the direction of rotation, it must be carried out after the motor stops rotating. It is strictly forbidden to move the positive and negative switches during operation.

當扳手自動停止后即可松開開關（如果不斷開開關，過5秒鐘扳手就自行啟動）待4-5秒后再行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應進行檢驗校定。工作前應開機空轉(zhuǎn)3~5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定等，應立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。

When the wrench stops automatically, the switch can be released (if the switch is opened continuously, the wrench will start automatically after 5 seconds) and the wrench can be started after 4-5 seconds, otherwise the wrench will not start. The size of the bolt diameter has a certain impact on the control accuracy. In the construction, the same type of bolt connection pair is used to calibrate the torque value, and it should be checked and calibrated after a period of time. Before work, start the machine and idle for 3 ~ 5 minutes. If the motor sparks, abnormal sound and unstable torque are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and do not work with diseases.

定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應進行一次清洗加油，以延長使用時間。主機上的電源開關，炭刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，且易引起故障，應經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應及時緊固。搬運工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應放在通風干燥處，如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應及時進行干燥處理。不可與酸、大堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存在。

Clean and replace the grease regularly. Generally, after 5000 times of work, clean and refuel once to prolong the service time. The power switch, carbon brush and fuse on the controller of the main engine are all vulnerable parts, which are easy to cause faults. They should be checked frequently and replaced in time. If the screw on the tool is found to be loose during use, it should be tightened in time. When handling tools, do not lift or pull cables, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and falling. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If it is found to be damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or exist with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
